Part 135 Operational Control Wet Lease Update

All Part 135 air carriers will be issued a new A008 operations specification ("OpSpec") for operational control. Aviation Legal Group, P.A. suggests that Part 135 air carriers and owner/lessors review the current A008 draft to determine their compliance with the OpSpec.
