Charles Morgenstein Updates Aviation Committee of The Florida Bar

Charles Morgenstein accepted the invitation of the Chairman of the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar to address the Committee at the semi-annual convention of The Florida Bar held in Tampa, Florida to update his presentation on the long-term legal and practical after-effects of the crash of a Challenger 600 aircraft at Teterboro Airport in February of 2005.
