Charles Morgenstein speaks to Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee

Charles Morgenstein was invited to present a speech to the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar at its semi-annual meeting in Orlando. Mr. Morgenstein spoke in detail about the recent Challenger 601 crash in Teterboro, New Jersey and the fallout from this accident regarding agreements to operate aircraft on other people's Part 135 Air Carrier Certificates.
