Chelton's Parent to Buy S-Tec

Cobham PLC, parent company of Chelton Flight Systems announced that it reached an agreement to buy S-Tec Corp. for $38 million. S-Tec. Presuming regulatory approval, the acquistion is expected to close in late 2007.

S-Tec will continue operations from its headquarters, so S-Tec's business profile should not change dramatically in the near future.
